** Please note updated information about Zach's service schedule
On the 11 th day of March 1983 “Zach” came to join his brothers, Shaun and Charles, and sister Shanna.
On the 12 th day of March 2020 at the age of 37 years and 1 day Zach crossed from this world to join those who have gone before us.
Zachary lived his first 5 Years in Belfield, ND and his second 5 Years were in Benton, KS. His kindergarten thru most of 4 th grade were in Cottage Grove, MN. Then through high school he lived in the Twin Cities area and in Stanley, ND. Zachary married Jessica Wellman in August of 2003 and together they had two children, Logan, 17 and Janie, 15, both of whom he loved very much. Zachary loved his family and had a very distinct and delightful personality (per Willie Nelson "...he ain’t wrong, he’s just different").
If Zach liked you, you definitely knew it, conversely if not, you had to be very dense to not know it. Zachary had many talents including jobs in landscaping, food preparation in numerous restaurants in the Twin Cities area and at the Target Logistics “Man Camp” in Stanley, ND and at Factory Motor Parts in Eagan, MN.
Zach has gone to join his grandparents; Monica and Anton “Tony” Heck and Mat Mann; uncle, Herb Heck and cousins; Demaris Heck, Teagen Courtney and DJ Gonzales.
Left behind to try and get used to his passing are his wife Jessica and his children Logan and Janie; his parents, Leland and Jeanne; his Grandma, Jeanne Mann; his brothers, Shaun and Chuck, and sister, Shanna, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and innumerable friends.
Services will be held at a later date.
