US Navy Retired
Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 31, 2017. Preceded in death by wife of 54 years, Virgil; parents; and brother, Calvin. Survived by daughters, Kathleen (Thomas) Ellingboe, Nancy Greske (David Heffron), and Sandra (David) Grochow; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; sisters, Jean (Burt) Brickner, and Joan (Dennis) Wittenberg; brother, Robert (Kathleen); and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation 1-4 PM, Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN, 55016 and continues at 10 AM, Monday at church. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM, Monday, February 6, 2017 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 920 Holley Ave., St. Paul Park, MN, 55071. Interment with military honors at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
