Age 88 of St. Paul Park, originally from Galveston, Texas died Tuesday morning, March 5, 2013 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Victor G. Perez Jr. was born January 22, 1925 in Galveston, Texas the son of Victor & Marie de los Reyes (Gonsalez) Perez. He was united in marriage with Anna Snider in October of 1947. Apostolic Bible Institute Graduate. Employee at Swifts Meat Packing later becoming union president. Active in DFL Party. Restaurant Owner. Asst. Manager at the state's manpower office in Rochester.

Victor was preceded in death by his wife Annie and son David.

He is survived by children Sandie (Jeff) Sachs; Greg; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren

Visitation 9:30-11 AM with 11 AM Funeral service Saturday at KOK FUNERAL HOME, 1201 Portland Ave. St. Paul Park. Interment Newport Cemetery.

Victor was many things to many people. A better friend would be hard to find. He was always willing to lend a hand whenever & wherever it was needed. Many have admired his unwavering faith in God and complete devotion to his family. Although he will be missed by all who knew him, it is his family who will feel his passing most. Rest in peace, dad, knowing that our love for you will endure forever.
