Died unexpectedly on Saturday, December 3, 2016. Survived by loving wife of 28 years, Kim; children, Ethan and Alexa; parents, Melvin and Cecelia; siblings, Craig (Peggie), Nick (Freida), Jeff (Ann), Terry (Kay), Michelle, Michael, and Suzette (John) Peterson. Tom was a devoted husband, loving father, and will be greatly missed by all whom knew him. Celebration of Life open house from 12:00 pm-3:00 pm, with a time of prayers and memories at 1:00 pm, Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Afton Alps Upper Chalet. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
