Terri Miller

Terri Jo Miller, age 49 of Cottage Grove, passed away January 2, 2019.

Memorial gathering will be 4-7 pm Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 – 80th Street S., Cottage Grove.  Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.  In honor of Terri, friends and family are encouraged to wear bright colors to the memorial gathering.

Terri Jo Miller was born April 20, 1969 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Jerome and Carol (Zerahn) Miller.  She graduated from Park High School in 1987 and worked at a variety of positions including West Publishing, Ecolab and Dakota County and most recently at the Teamsters Union Locals 792 and 638.  Terri loved all kinds of music and did a little gardening.  Terri was an excellent host and enjoyed being social.  She was an avid “I Love Lucy” fan and was known as a “collector” of various lipsticks.  Above all, she loved her family dearly and made each one of them like they were the most important.

She is survived by her beloved daughters Mckenzie (Jake Banaszewski) Gulner, Riley (Emanuel Corley) Gulner; parents Jerry and Carol Miller; siblings Shari Miller, Judi (John Biesanz) Miller; nieces and nephews Brandon (Sami) Holmes, Miranda (Derek Leatherman) Spencer, Kristen (Jon) Thomsen; great nieces and nephews Averie, Chase, Colton and Alivia.  She is preceded in death by her precious dog Scrappy.
