Steven was born February 21, 1951 in Menomonie, Wisconsin the son of Alfred and Patricia (Wolske) Sagstetter. He lived in Newport over 40 years. He was a 1969 graduate of Park Senior High School. On June 26, 1976 he married Raven Kathleen Crawley at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in St. Paul Park. In 1977 he bought the garage in Newport. Sagstetters garage just celebrated its 30th anniversary. Steven enjoyed race cars and used to race at Cedar Lake Speedway in Wisconsin. He love car engines; there was not anything he could not fix. Steven will be remembered as a man who treasured his family.
Beloved husband of Raven; loving dad to Michael (Heather), Patrick; son of Pat & Al; brother of Linda (Steve), Dean (Dawn); many other family and friends. Funeral Service 11 AM Saturday at SALEM LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7825 Bailey Rd, Woodbury. Interment St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery. Visitation 5-8 PM Friday at KOK FUNERAL HOME, 1201 Portland Ave, St. Paul Park (651-459-2875) and 10-11 AM Saturday at church.
