Shirley June Smith, 91, of Newport passed away peacefully Sunday, January 11, 2015 at her home.
She is preceded in death by her husband Norman T. Smith and great-grandson Patrick. Shirley is the loving mother of Dennis, Pat (Steven) Markey, Pam (Tim) Geraghty, Ken (Bonnie) and Jeff; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 12 noon Friday, Jan 16, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church 920 Holly Ave, St. Paul Park. Visitation will begin 10am at the church.
