Shirley Scroggin

Shirley M. Scroggin 70 of Cottage Grove passed away peacefully on Sept. 22, 2015.
Shirley was born March 1, 1945 in Grafton, North Dakota the youngest daughter to Gus & Ann(Sommer) Stein. Her family later moved to Alexandria, Minnesota where she graduated from High School. She met the love of her life Ken in the Twin Cities after he was discharged from the Military. They married on November 1, 1969 in Richfield, Minnesota. Shirley and Ken made Cottage Grove their home where Shirley spend a large portion of her time running her kids to their sports including soccer and hockey. She loved her family, they will miss her dearly.
Shirley is survived by her loving husband of 46 years Ken; children Gregory (Lisa), Tracy (Jeffery) Droubie; grandchildren Benjamin, Jessica, Thomas; siblings K. James (Loretta) Stein, Ruth Ann (John) Holmes, Earl Stein; many other relatives and friends. Visitation to celebrate Shirley's life will be 5-8 Monday 9/28/2015 at Kok Funeral Home (7676 80th St S. Cottage Grove). In lieu of flowers memorial preferred to the National Parkinson Foundation.
