Ruth Dobin

Ruth J. Dobin, age 83, of Hastings, formerly of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 29, 2016.

Preceded in death by husband of 49 years, Earl; parents, Anthony and Rugna Wagner; brothers, William and James Wagner. Survived by children, Michael, Patricia (David) Thomas, Douglas (Patricia), Steven (Sara), and Craig; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; siblings, Raymond (Betty) Wagner, Richard (JoAnn) Wagner, Karen Stadtherr, and Anthony (Alice) Wagner; and favorite cat, Kitty.

Ruth was a member of StarCraft and Good Sam camping clubs. She also enjoyed sewing, crafts, and being a Girl Scout leader.

Funeral Service 11 AM, with visitation beginning at 10 AM, Friday, June 3, 2016 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN, 55016. Interment will follow at Acacia Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Heart Association and/or the American Breast Cancer Foundation.
