Rory Williams

Rory James Williams, age 2, of Cottage Grove, MN, gained his wings peacefully while in his mother's arms on Tuesday, May 4, 2016. He was born in St. Paul, MN on May 16, 2013 to Beth Ness and TaJuan Williams. Preceded in death by great grandparents Albert and Joan Ness, James and Janet Finch. Rory is survived his sister Reibi Williams, maternal grandparents Jenifer Finch and 'Paga', Greg and Sherry Ness and paternal grandparents Kathy Jerido and Sherman Williams. He is also survived by Daniel and Jenny Ness, Ryan Ness (Jenna), Amy Anderson (Mark), Tanesha Williams, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Special mention to Rory's exceptional caregivers, Joellen Finch, and the Briggs family plus many other family and friends. Thanks so much for your support!

Rory was diagnosed with Miller-Dieker Syndrome (MDS) at 2 days of age. Since that time he has been a blessing to all that have had the good fortune of being in his world. Rory certainly taught us all how to live one day at a time.

A Memorial Celebration of Rory's Life will be 11:00 am, Monday, May 9, 2016 at Crossroads Church, 5900 Woodbury Drive, Woodbury, MN with visitation one hour prior. There will be a lunch immediately following the service. (church phone 651-294-7700).
