Robin Hiley

Robin Joseph Hiley was born August 18, 1953 to Edward and Evelyn (Houston) Hiley in Rochester, Minnesota. Rob graduated from Jackson High School in 1971 and attended Jackson Vocational School. Professionally Rob spent his career at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport and operated Rob's Tree Service until his death.

Rob had a tremendous sense of humor and enjoyed everything about the outdoors. He was an avid hunter, photographer and was a life-long lover of animals. Rob lived life to the fullest and was known for his generous spirit.

Rob was called to his eternal rest on Friday, October 25th, 2013 at his home in Newport, Minnesota at the age of sixty. Survivors include his father, Ed Hiley of Fairmont, Minnesota; his sisters Nancy (Mike) Kelsey of Rudd, Iowa, Kathleen (Ron) Raasch of St. Paul, Minnesota, Terry Hiley of Mary Lake, Florida, Paula (Bill) Bulfer of Fairmont, Minnesota and Leann (Shawn) Swanson of North Carolina; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and many friends who will miss him dearly. Rob was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn and niece Lindsey Wegner.

Celebration of Life 1:30 pm., Friday, November 1, 2013 at Kok Funeral Home, 1201 Portland Ave., Saint Paul Park, Minnesota, 55071 with visitation beginning at 12:30 pm.
