Survived by sisters, Sarah, Julie (Dan) Koukal, Denise Slattery and brother, Greg (Patti). Also survived by many nieces and nephews, Heidi (Justin), Melissa (Jason), Tara, Michael, Justin, Tressa, Cain, Trevor, Trent; great-niece and nephew, Isabella and Greg.
