Robert Novalany

Robert S. Novalany, age 81 of Cottage Grove, left this world on December 12, 2015 surrounded by his loving family.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 am, Fri., Dec. 18th at the Church of St. Rita, 8694 – 80th Street, Cottage Grove, with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Healtheast Hospice and the Pancreatic Cancer Network.

Robert is preceded in death by his daughter Debby Lee. He is survived by Sheila, his loving wife of 61 years; children, Patti (Brad) Balogh, Joe (Carrie), Greg (Renee), Bob (Candy), Tony (Rachel), son-in-law Nat Lee along with brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many family members and friends.

Bob Retired from Deluxe Corporation after 35 years of service. Aside from his deep love for Sheila, he enjoyed woodworking, camping and the various pets he had over the years. He will be missed by all.

A special thanks to granddaughters, Nikki and Heather for always being there; hospice nurses, Patti and Terri for their wonderful care and support, and the many doctors from primary, cardiology, vascular and neurology for keeping him here with us longer.
