Rick Ruppert

Rick J. Ruppert, age 66, of Cottage Grove passed away peacefully at his home on August 29, 2012 surrounded by his family. Preceded in death by father, Dan, brothers, Russ and Dennis, and niece, Becky. Rick is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Linda; children, Melissa (Scott) Brabec, Jeb (Missy), and Paul Hamerski; grandchildren, Austin, Tyson, Jager, Leo, Ashley, and Lucas; mother, Terry Gabbert; siblings, Charlie (Barb), Cory Shoultz, Barb (Ash) Myers, and, Dan. A Celebration of Rick's Life will be held on Friday, September 7, 2012 from 5-9 PM at the VFW Post 8752 "The Red Barn", 9260 E. Point Douglas Rd., Cottage Grove, MN 55016. Private family interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
