Richard was born June 16, 1956 in St. Paul the son of Richard & Marilyn Smith. He loved fishing and his animals. Survived by Parents Richard & Marilyn Smith; Brother Randy (Jody) Smith of Cambridge, MN; Aunt Eileen Herbert of Cottage Grove and Uncle Dave Kadous and Kay of Brook Park, MN; Cousins Dawn, Tony, Kelly & Debbie; Nephews Ben & Joe Smith; Aunt Ruby Smith. Preceded in death by grandparents Ida Carlson, & Claude Kadous; Helen & Charles Smith. Will be deeply missed by his dog "Casey". May he rest in peace. Private Services.
