Richard Allen Schwartz was born November 7, 1956 in St. Paul the son of Lloyd & Louise (Boettcher) Schwartz. He is survived by his children Jason (Christina), Joe (Kim), Leah (Jason) Ethen; mother Louise; sisters Gayle (Larry) Cornwell, Nancy (Jack) Flis. Richard was preceded in death by his father Lloyd. Visitation 6-7 PM with a 7 PM Memorial Service Wednesday at GOOD SHEPHERD LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7600 Cahill Ave, Inver Grove Heights.
