Renee Jean Timmers

Renee Jean Timmers (Marcantelli), age 67, of St. Paul Park, passed away on February 17, 2025 at United Hospital. Born in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Preceded in death by parents William and Delores Marcantelli. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Joseph Martin Timmers; stepdaughters, Jamie Campbell (Brian) & Jessie Matthews (Brad); her grandchildren: Cayden, Hadley, and Carson Campbell; Will, Charlie and Marty Matthews; siblings, Gayle Aspenson (Gil), Michele Hughes (Don), and Bill Marcantelli (Dawn); nieces and nephews, Jennifer Aspenson, Andrew Aspenson (Britney), Kyle Marcantelli, Michael Hughes (Heather Leuer), Maria Hughes & David Hughes.

She attended Brady High School and St Paul Technical College. She was employed at Dept. of Public Safety for the State of Minnesota from July 1976 until April 2020 and worked in accounting.

She enjoyed creating jewelry and diamond art, going to the casino, and spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoyed a family trip to Italy in October 2024.

A celebration of Renee’s life and Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 28th, 2025 at 11 AM, with visitation one prior to the service at St Joseph’s Catholic Church 1154 Seminole Ave, West Saint Paul, MN 55118. Private interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
