Patricia "Pat" Swanlund, age 85 of Newport, MN, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Cerenity Care Center in St. Paul.
A memorial gathering will be Saturday, August 8, 2015 from 10 am-1 pm with a tribute ceremony at 12 noon at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 – 80th Street S., Cottage Grove. Private family interment. Memorials are preferred to First Baptist Church, 499 Wacouta St., St. Paul, MN 55101 or to donor's choice.
Patricia is preceded in death by her daughter Sandra. She is survived by her husband Earl; son, Dr. Eric (Cyndi) Swanlund; daughter, Sara Swanlund; 5 grandchildren including Eric II, Julie "CJ"; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, JoAnn Snyder and numerous relatives and friends.
