Natasha Tariro Gorerokufa

Natasha Tariro Gorerokufa, age 28, of Cottage Grove, MN, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 30, 2023, while surrounded by loving family in the comfort of her home. Survived by father, Julius Gorerokufa and his wife Priscilla Ngwerume; mother, Fungai Mafara; siblings, Sipho Mafara, Kundai Gorerokufa, Paidamoyo Vera, and Anesu Gorerokufa; and other close family and friends.  

Natasha was born on March 11, 1995, in Harare, Zimbabwe where she attended Avonlea primary school and moved to the United States when she was 14 years old. Natasha graduated from Park High School in 2013 and went to Winona University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology in 2017.   

After graduation she worked in the health care field as a sales representative that helped improve the lives of people that were hard of hearing.  

In her free time, she enjoyed shopping, cooking, exercising, and spending time with friends and her family. She will be remembered for her big brown eyes and beautiful smile. Natasha had a wonderful personality that easily touched the lives of all she came into contact with.  She will be missed deeply.   

Visitation 10-11:30 AM with Funeral Service 11:30 AM, Friday, April 7, 2023 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN 55016. Burial will follow at Cottage Grove Cemetery.
