Nancy Peterson

Nancy was born July 12, 1936 in St. Paul, Minnesota, the daughter of Edwin & Hazel (Aszman) Choate. She was raised in St. Paul and graduated from Humboldt High School. On January 14, 1956 she was united in marriage with Thomas Peterson at Beaver Lake Lutheran Church. She worked as a nurse at Miller Hospital. Nancy served as VFW Auxiliary president many years. She was an avid crafter who enjoyed bowling and fishing. Nancy loved going to Sugar Lake.

She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas.

Nancy is the beloved mother of Kenneth, Steven, Cynthia, Kimberly, Thomas Jr.; 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brother Richard (Dorothy ).

Funeral Service 10:00 AM Monday with visitation 9-10 a.m.at NEWPORT LUTHERAN CHURCH, 900 15th St. Newport. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. The family would like to thank Dr. Howe & staff with Minnesota Oncology for all their care.
