Michelle Borowicz

Michelle Esther Borowicz, age 64 of Cottage Grove, died unexpectedly, yet peacefully, in her sleep on Wednesday, November 24, 2021.

Michelle loved playing softball, playing pool, and going to the casino. She was an avid traveler with her Mom and Dad, Marcel and Millie. Over the years, she had been named #1 Banker by US Bank, numerous times.

Michelle is preceded in death by her father, Marcel Schmit; brother, Gerard Schmit; and brother-in-law Bob Meehl.

She is survived by her husband, Steve; mother, Millie Schmit; siblings, Joe (Patty) Schmit, Dan Schmit, Mary (Michael) Langevin, and Ann Meehl; and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Michelle’s Life will be 3pm-7pm on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Kok Funeral Home (7676 80th Street South Cottage Grove, MN). Michelle will be laid to rest in the columbarium at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Cemetery on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 11am.
