Mary Zuccarello

Mary I. Zuccarello, beloved mother and grandmother, 96 of Cottage Grove, Minnesota formerly of Lowell, Massachusetts, died following a long life, Friday, July 6, 2007, at the Southview Acres Nursing Home in West Saint Paul.
Family services were held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2007 at the Kok Funeral Home in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. Graveside services will be held Friday, July 13, 2007 at the Saint Patrick Cemetery in Lowell, Massachusetts. The Cataudella Funeral Home in Lowell is in charge of the local arrangements.
Mary Pilato was born April 12, 1911 in Lowell, Massachusetts, the daughter of Giuseppe and Philomena Pilato. She was united in marriage to Gaetano T. Zuccarello and the couple made their home in Lawrence for many years where she worked as a knitter for the Marum Mill. Following her husbands death in the mid 1990?s Mary moved to Minnesota in 2000 to be close to her daughter.
Mary is survived by her daughters; Patricia (Joseph) Franek of Cottage Grove, Phyllis Zuccarello of Mesa, Arizona, daughter-in-law, JoEllen Zuccarello of Massachusetts, ten grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, her sister-in-law, Josie (Joseph) Giaquinta.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom, son, Tony and twelve brothers and sisters.
