Mary Linn

December 8, 1942 ~ April 8, 2007

went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ

after a 15 year battle with Ocular Melanoma.



Survived by husband Dave; sons John Ryan of Ventura, CA and Dan Ryan of Coon Rapids; granddaughters Nycole Folsom and Jessica Ryan; brother Ronald (Betty) Backes; and many cousins.



Preceded in death by daughter Deborah Folsom; parents Gilbert and Rosella Backes.



Mary Lou was a proud 1960 graduate of Our Lady of Peace Catholic Girls School. On August 3, 1990 she married Dave Linn at Pioneer Park in Stillwater.



Helped create the CG Strawberry Fest, WCCO Good Neighbor Awardee; longtime admin asst at the Community Ed Dept of South Washington County Schools.



Wonderful example of a loving, caring, courageous Christian woman. Loved by all who knew her. An inspiration in courage for us all. Retained her great sense of humor to the end.
