Preceded in death by husband of 40 years Donald; 0parents Lewis & Anna; daughters Mary L. (Orris) Walker, Linda L. Orris. Survived by son LeRoy “Butch” Orris; daughter Grace “Dolly” Krumm (companion Arnie Horn); 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren as well as many family members and friends of whom she loved greatly. Former employee of St. Josephs Hospital, St. Paul, M Nduring the 60s, 70s & retires in 85. Passed away after a sudden & brief illness. To be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord. In this we will find our peace for those who remain. The most loving, caring, generous individual all of her life. Always putting others before herself. Tiny & petite, but a powerhouse of energy, determination & the love of Jesus Christ. Always loved to be with her children & their children & their children. She loved her Lord & His Word with all her heart who has been her solid rock, whom she stood firmly on. Her faith, her example of the love of Christ, has always been evident. Never judgmental, always loved with unconditional love & quick to forgive others. Always praying for others who had concerns & burdens & needs & rejoiced with others in their joys. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints. Funeral Service 10:30 AM Thursday at LIGHT THE WAY CHURCH, 7000 Jamaica Ave., Cottage Grove. Interment Ft. Snelling. Visitation 4-8 PM Wednesday at KOK FUNERAL HOME, 7676 80
