Went to be with the Lord on February 9, 2006 surrounded by loving family. Preceded in death by parents Oscar & Sophie Freeman; sister Marlys, & son David Holum; Survived by loving wife of 39 years, JoAnn (Thompson); children Fred (Cheryl), Mike (Jackie), Steve (Madonna), Butch (Gayle) Holum, Roger (Jana) Holum, Kathy (Rick) Busch, Jim (Kari) Holum, Mike Holum, Marshall W. (Kathryn); 23 Grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister Audrey Teeple; special good friend Greg 'Curly' Woebkenberg. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitation from 4-7 pm with a Memorial Service at 7pm on Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at KOK FUNERAL HOMES, 7676 80TH St., Cottage Grove, MN, memorials preferred.
