Lorraine Mae Kobinski, age 84, of St. Paul, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 30, 2022 after a seven year battle with Dementia.
Lorraine Mae Kobinski born May 20, 1938. Married to James Kobinski on October 20, 1956. She was an avid coin collector, enjoyed spending time crocheting, playing BINGO, solving puzzles, spending time with her family and friends, summers at the cabin, Christmas, and any opportunity to throw a party.
Lorraine had a quiet strength that she used to beat cancer and carry her through the death of her beloved husband James after 47 years of marriage. Lorraine spent 18 of her golden years living with her eldest daughter and husband (Sandra and Lawrence Jones) where she was able to spend her time shopping, trying new restaurants, going on road trips and and flying to Hawaii.
Lorraine will be remembered for her uniquely raspy voice, smile that lit up the darkest room, quiet strength, love of angels, and die-hard love for everyone around her. She touched many lives with her generosity and passion.
