Lorraine Carrillo

Lorraine A. Carrillo, age 76 of Woodbury, formerly of Greeley, Colorado, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 12, 2012 at the Regions Hospital in St. Paul.

Born on September 5, 1935 in Greeley, Colorado to Antonio and Anita (Mata) Carrillo. She was married at the age of 17 and resided in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. She was a grandfathered R.N. surgical nurse, and later became an Activities Director at a nursing facility for 32 years until retired. She moved to Cottage Grove, Minnesota in 1992.

She is preceded in death by parents, Antonio & Anita Carrillo; Sisters, Marjorie Castillo and Marcelina Solano; brothers, George Carrillo Sr. and Henry Hernandez; sons, Richard Reyes, and Louie Reyes.
She is survived by her sister, Maria Levario; brothers, Leo Carrillo and Tony Carrillo; children, Evelyn Acosta of Cottage Grove, Cecilia Garcia of Greeley, CO, Nadine Renteria of Yankton, SD, Rosalinda Chavez of Greeley, CO and Cassandra Ojeda of Woodbury, MN (Granddaughter). Along with 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, March 17, with visitation being held on Friday from 4:00-8:00 pm and also for one hour prior, all held at the Kok Funeral Home; 7676-80th Street South Cottage Grove.
