Lev Dyadkin, age 61, of St. Paul Park, passed away unexpectedly as a result of injuries sustained in an auto accident on October 30, 2017.
Service will be 11 am, Friday, November 3, 2017 at Kok Funeral Home, 1201 Portland Ave., St. Paul Park with visitation one hour prior. Interment will be at the Grey Cloud Island Cemetery.
Lev Joseph Dyadkin was born November 18, 1955 in Oktyabrsky, Russia and grew up in Ufa, Russia. He graduated with a master’s degree in physics in Tver, Russia. In his younger years he was an avid chess player and won many awards through the years. Lev enjoyed hunting and being outdoors. He worked as a software engineer for several years before moving his family to the USA in 1989. He lived in Utah and Texas before settling in St. Paul Park 10 years ago. Lev continued to enjoy hunting, barbequing and spending time with his faithful companion Benny.
Lev is survived by his daughters, Sofia (Rodney) Nosratabadi and Anna Dyadkin; grandchildren Max, Charlie Nosratabadi; siblings Maya Dyadkin, Efim Dyadkin; cousin Vitaliy Dyadkin; step-mother Nadezhda Pogorelova. He is preceded in death by his father Joseph and mother Valentina Artamonova.
