Passed away on Sunday afternoon Aug 6, 2006 at Bethesda Care Center in St. Paul.
Lester Norman Westenberg was born March 7, 1928 in Leota, Minnesota the son of James & Theresa (Olivier) Westenberg. He was raised in Edgerton. He graduated from Edgerton High School in 1946. He served in the United States Army. On June 23, 1979 he married Marilyn in Cottage Grove. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Survived by wife Marilyn; sons Brian & David; daughter Jeanne, and families; step-children Mark, Linda, Nancy and families.
Memorial Service 2 PM Wednesday at Roselawn Cemetery Chapel on Lapenteur Ave. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Bethesda Care Center of So. St. Paul, 5th floor, who gave him loving care for 6 yrs.
