Larry J. Dailey
Age 83, of Cottage Grove passed away on April 2, 2013 at Norris Square Senior Living in Cottage Grove.
Survived by wife of 62 years Katherine (Katie), sons Norman (Susan), James (Michelle) and Mark (Sue), and grandchildren Schuyler and Meara.
Larry was born in Texas and moved at a young age to Michigan. He graduated from Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan with degree in Physics.
His work life included engineering and quality control roles building rockets (AC Electronics), appliances (Roper, Litton Microwave), and generators (Onan, Fridley, MN) plus realizing his dream of owning a car dealership (Chrysler Plymouth, Tomah, WI). Retired to cabin he built (Cumberland, WI) and homes in Gulf Shores, AL and in Bella Vista, AR.
A celebration of Larry's life will be held with family remembrance this summer in Michigan.
