Kenneth E. Efram, 47 of St. Paul Park, died Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at the Lakeridge Care Center in Roseville, following a lengthy illness. Memorial, Friday April 17, 2009 at 1:30 PM at KOK FUNERAL HOME, 1201 Portland Ave. St. Paul Park, Visitation after 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. Survived by his mother, Joan and siblings; Gilbert, Eddie, Mike, Tina & Lori.
