Judy Alice Young

Judy Alice Young, age 77 of Savage passed away on July 2, 2023.  

Funeral will be 11 am, Saturday, July 8, 2023, at Kok Funeral Home, 1201 Portland Ave., St. Paul Park with visitation one hour prior.  Interment will be in the Cottage Grove Cemetery.

Judy was born on November 3, 1945, in Terre Haute, Indiana to Warren and Josephine Gaines.  She was united in marriage to Arthur Young on July 23, 1965. Judy worked in the accounting department for Best Buy for many years and retired at the age of 65. She will always be known as a loving mother, aunt, friend and grandmother. In her free time, she enjoyed relaxing while reading a good book.

Judy is survived by her children Mike (Kristy) Young, Trecy Young, Debbie; six grandchildren, Nicole, Curtis, Alicia, Magnus, Orsen and Graysen; sister Cathy (Ernie) Boone; sister-in-law Carol Gaines and brother-in-law Jack Turbeville.  She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur; son Robert; brother Ronald Gaines and sister Nancy Turbeville.
