Judd Evan Stromquist, age 24, of Cottage Grove, born Sept. 23, 1996 and passed away peacefully on Wed., Dec. 16, 2020 at Abbott Northwestern hospital from heart complications.

Judd is survived by mother, Beth Stromquist (Justin Seever); brother, Jake Stromquist; step-father, Jeff (Tracy) Snyder; father, Kevin (Laurie) Hischer; and many other loving family members; step-siblings; and friends.

Judd loved music, sports, fishing, kayaking, hiking, adventures, outdoors, and making people laugh.

With the gift of organ donation, Judd has already saved three lives and is someone’s Christmas miracle. He will be forever in our hearts with many happy memories of love, kindness, and humor.

There will be no public service at this time, but a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, cards may be sent to the funeral home.

While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to accommodate gatherings while abiding to a 50% capacity at the facility. The use of face masks by attendees is required at indoor events, and we will continue taking the necessary steps to keep your families safe.
