Funeral Service 10:30 AM Wednesday at KOK FUNERAL HOME, 1201 Portland Ave. St. Paul Park (651-459-2875). Interment Newport Cemetery. Visitation 4-8 PM Tuesday at funeral home.
Joseph Francis was born March 8, 1909 in West St. Paul the son of William & Augusta (Young) Entwistle. He was rasied in West St. Paul. He met Evelyn A. McCoy while working at Cudahy Packing Plant. On April 19, 1930 he married her in St. Paul Park.
Joe worked as a butcher at Cudahy Packing Plant 28 years until they closed, Dox Blox in St. Paul Park 13 years, and ISD 833 until his retirement. He loved his cabin on Big Marine Lake. He liked to fish, hunt, and socialize.
