John “Pat” Webber, age 79, of St. Paul Park, passed away on June 18, 2020.
John was born in Escanaba, MI and raised in the Upper Pennisula.
He was an avid outdoorsman. Absolutely loved fishing, golfing, hunting, bird and deer watching. Any snowmobile or four-wheel ride with family and friends was a good day.
John volunteered in the Lions club for many years raising money for youth programs and volunteering for community outreach. He was especially proud of the helping develop the boat launch so that more people could access the river.
John proudly served his country in the Air Force.
John cherished the time spent eating lunch and swimming on Wednesday with his friends.
He enjoyed going to the casino and playing pull tabs at the bar.
He retired from Northwest Airlines after many proud years of employment.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Pauline Webber; brothers, Jim Webber, Mike (Shirley) Webber and Tom Webber, and his son, John Steven Webber. He is also preceded in death by dear friends and coworkers.
John was a proud father and father-in-law to Cyndi Cullen (Tom), Deborah Webber-Werle (Steven), and Patti Diamond (Gary). He had 12 grandkids and 9 great grand kids. He was an older brother to Nancy Brant (Bob), Steve Webber (Donna), Kathy Hughes (Jim), and Maureen Webber. John was blessed with the friendship of many friends. He is survived by people who love him and will miss him.
Visitation 10-12 PM, Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at Kok Funeral Home, 1201 Portland Ave St. Paul Park, MN 55071 with a Time of Sharing at 11:30 AM. Burial will be held at Fort Snelling Cemetery
