John B. Rosenfelt, 53 of Minneapolis, passed away on February 17, 2010 at his home following a lengthy illness.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 22, 2010 at the Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th Street, Cottage Grove, with the Reverend Bert LeBrun, officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
John B. Rosenfelt was born February 27, 1957 in Franklin County Nebraska, the son of Willard and Doris (Witte) Rosenfelt. He moved with his family at an early age to Cottage Grove and attended schools here. Following his schooling he moved to Arkansas and in 2008 he returned to Minnesota and made his home in Minneapolis.
John is survived by his mother, Doris Rosenfelt of Hastings, his sister, Kathy (Don) Biscoe of Cottage Grove and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Willard and his sister, Carol.
