John Moser Jr.

John Moser Jr., age 73 of Cottage Grove, passed away on March 4, 2019.

Memorial mass will be 10:30 am, Monday, March 25th at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 920 Holley Avenue, St. Paul Park with visitation starting at 9 am.  Private interment St. Boniface Cemetery, Hastings.  In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.

John Zeno Moser Jr. was born March 1, 1946 to John Sr. and Abigail Moser.  He graduated from Simley High School in 1964 and went on to work at Armour and Company for a short time before taking a position at the Ashland Refinery in 1970 where he worked for many years.  He was an avid softball player in his younger years and also developed a love of fixing up old cars.

He is survived by his wife Marlene; children Mike (Melba), Rochelle (Ken), Jay (Kari), Angella (Philip), Daniel; step-sons Shawn, Ross (Meredith) and Wade (Jennifer); 11 grandchildren; sisters Elizabeth Lascewski and Myra Childs.  He is preceded by parents, John Sr. and Abigail.
