John Hornby

John "Jack" Hornby, age 87, of St. Paul Park died early Tuesday morning, December 28, 2010 at Woodbury Health Care Center.
John Edward Hornby was born July 18, 1923 in Mapleton, Iowa the son of Wilbert & Mae (Bishton) Hornby. He was raised in Iowa. John will be remembered as the dog walker of St. Paul Park. He enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. John was a Vikings, Twins and Iowa Hawkeyes fan.
He is the beloved husband of Mavis; loving father of Kenneth (Janice), Karen, Kay ("Rusty") Lund, Kyle; grandfather of Camie, Elizabeth, Victoria.
Visitation 4-8 PM Sunday at KOK FUNERAL HOME, 1201 Portland Ave. St. Paul Park (651-459-2875) and 10-11 Mon. at church. Funeral Service 11 AM Monday at ALL SAINTS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 8100 Belden Blvd, Cottage Grove. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery.
