Hawaii
, going out to eat, and most importantly spending time with family and friends. He and Mary lived in
Cottage Grove
for 45 years. Jack lived 45 years with multiple sclerosis.
He is survived by his loving wife & caregiver of 48 years Mary; children Molly (Marv)
