Joey Iverson

Joey Iverson, age 14 of Cottage Grove, left us too soon, on November 29, 2018.

Memorial service will be 1:00 pm, Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at All Saints Lutheran Church, 8100 Belden Blvd, Cottage Grove with visitation starting at 11:00 am until the time of service.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.  In honor of Joey as the “Adidas Kid” friends and family are encouraged to wear Adidas gear to his memorial service.

Joey Iverson was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on July 20, 2004.  He was into skateboarding, he loved music and taught himself to play the drums.  He was an avid video gamer and also loved spending time with his friends.  Joey enjoyed playfully getting under the skin of his sisters and mom, but would always follow it up with his signature “smirk”.

He will be extremely missed by his mom Jenny (Langness) Iverson; dad Daniel Iverson; sisters Alexis Dufour and Carly Iverson; grandmothers Teri Langness, Barbara Taylor, Phyllis Beasley and Phyllis Moen and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  He is preceded in death by grandfathers Byron Langness and Calvin Beasley.
