November 5, 1971 — October 23, 2013
Age 41 passed away peacefully Wednesday October 23, 2013 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Jeff was surrounded by his loving family.
He was the beloved husband of Kristine (nee Thury), loving dad of Tyler & Shelby; son of Darryl & Alice; brother of Richard (Janice) & Michele (Kerry) Petroske; uncle of Corey, Austin, Casey, Rachel, Courtny & Alyssa; son-in-law of Shirley Thury; brother-in-law of Dan Thury (special friend Culleen). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins & his many friends from the HCSO.
He has worked the past 15 years for Hennepin County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy Sheriff. He will be greatly missed by all.
Visitation 4-8 PM Sunday October 27, 2013 at KOK FUNERAL HOME, 7676 80TH St. S. Cottage Grove and 1 hour prior to service. Funeral Service 11 AM Monday October 28, 2013 at ZION LUTHERAN Church, 8500 Hillside Tr. Cottage Grove. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred.
