Jane E. Pollak, age 68, of Oakdale, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, September 26, 2016.
Preceded in death by dear sister, Debbie Stish. Survived by loving daughters, Kim (Chris) Schwartz and Jodi (Randy) Lewis; grandchildren, Haley, Devin, Kendall, and Brandon; parents, Jerome and Betty Stish; brothers, David (Polly) Stish and Gary Stish; and sister, Beth (John) McCormick; and other close friends.
The family would like to thank Minnesota Oncology and Allina Hospice for their wonderful care.
Celebration of Life 11 AM with visitation beginning at 9 AM, Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN, 55016. Interment to follow at Cottage Grove cemetery.
