James “Jim” M. Wroblewski, age 40, of Cottage Grove, passed away Friday May 22, 2009 in Hudson, WI. He was a loving man that was taken too soon.
James was born April 9, 1969 in St. Paul, MN the son of Victor and Mary Wroblewski. He grew up in Cottage Grove, MN where he attended school and graduated from Park High School in 1987. James started working for Cub Foods when he was 17 has been an employee of Cub Foods for over 23 years.
On April 24, 1999, James was married to Lisa Simon in Las Vegas, NV. They have been married 10 years.
James was a devoted husband and family man. He enjoyed NASCAR, waxing his truck, making people laugh, helping his family, and celebrating the 4
th
of July. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
James is survived by
his loving wife Lisa; step-daughter Sam Simon; parents Victor (Mary) Wroblewski; Lisa’s parents Jerry (Linda) Simon; siblings John, Lisa Wroblewski, Lori (David) Nelson, Joe, Leann (Ben) Kielb; brother-in-law Doug Simon; nieces and nephews Zachary Nelson, Derek Nelson, TJ Simon, Kaari Spiess; and many other family and friends.
