Survived by loving wife Sally; sons Matt Meade (Kristy), Chris (Michelle) Meade; stepsons Dennis (Cari) Evans, Damon (Molly) Evans; grandchildren Ty, Riley, Nolan; mom Shirley Gorg; brother Gary Meade; sister Patsy Meade; nieces and nephews Dan, Al, & Stacey; and many friends.
Preceded in death by dad Arthur Meade, stepdad Mike Gorg.
