James Krueger

James "Jim" Krueger, age 77 of Cottage Grove
passed away peacefully on February 15, 2013 after a long illness.
Jim was born in St. Paul in 1935. He was a Washington High School graduate and a long time employee with Unisys Corp. for 35 years.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Benora "Bennie"; children, Mary Chris (Patricia Steinhauer), Katie, Anne (Greg) Lindgren, Jim (Corinne), Dan; grandchildren, Melissa, Greg, Alexandra, and Cullen; three great grandchildren; siblings, Mary Lou, Bud (Shirley), Tom (Betty), Charlotte Ann; as well as other extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by mother, Doris; siblings, Dick and Helen Davis; and daughter-in-law, Donna Dakin.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 21 at 11:00 A.M. at Zion Lutheran Church, 8500 Hillside Tr. S. in Cottage Grove. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-8 P.M. at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove and continues one hour prior to the service at church on Thursday.
Interment with military honors will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
