James Smith

James Edward Tindle Smith was born October 12, 1951 and died October 25, 2021.

Jim was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota to Eunice and Milo Smith. He was the loving brother of Thomas, David, and Karen. He had many loving nieces and nephews; Laura, Lynn, Peter, Megan, Andrew and Matthew. We enjoyed many happy family times with Uncle Jim.

Jim was a member of the Air Force from 1971-1975. He then worked at various airlines but spent most of his career with United Airlines as an airplane mechanic. Jim enjoyed a long career working for United Airlines beginning in 1987 through 2006.

Jim was also an incredible artist and musician. He loved painting and drawing and creating music. He was extremely talented and will be missed by all who love him.

Memorial Service 12 PM with visitation beginning at 10 AM, Monday, April 18, 2022 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN, 55016. Interment with military honors to follow at Acacia Park Cemetery, Mendota Heights, MN.
