Richard E. and Irene R. Skare unexpectedly left this earth on May 20, 2012.
Beloved parents of Karen (Trent) Kline, Jeffrey "J.R." (Sue), Dale (Cathy), Lisa (Dean) Grohs; grandparents of Maddeson, Kaitlin, Kacey, Manny, Melissa, Jack, Melissa, Brad, Mitchell, Christopher; great-grandparents of Jourdan, Simon, Jackie Rose; also survived by brothers, sisters, extended family & lifelong friends. Dick & Irene were married June 8, 1958 in East Grand Forks, MN.
Both were longtime employees at 3M. Married 54 years, they enjoyed global travel, spending time with their friends, and attending their grandchildren's activities. They were very devoted parents and grandparents, loved by many and will be deeply missed by all.
In celebration of their lives Visitation will take place 10 AM-12 Noon Thursday with 12:00 PM Funeral Service at ST. LUKE'S Lutheran Church, 7000 Hinton , Cottage Grove. Private family burial at Fort Snelling.
