Irene Nielsen, age 89, of St. Paul Park, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, November 5, 2013.
Preceded in death by parents, Martin and Mary (nee Kadel) Larson; siblings, Dorothy Olson, Ruth Hansen, Ben Larson, Gordon Larson, Laura Jean Rasmussen, and John (Jacky) Larson. Survived by husband of 58 years, Marshall; children, Pete (Kathy), Paul (Laura), Janet (Michael) Malkiewicz; grandsons, Jacob, Christian, and Devon; as well as many extended family and friends. Special thanks to the staff at Visiting Angels including, Shawn, Kathy, Erin, Elizabeth, and Lexi.
Funeral Service 11 AM, Saturday, November 9, 2013 at All Saints Lutheran Church, 8100 Belden Blvd., Cottage Grove with visitation beginning at 9 AM. Memorials preferred to donor's choice.
