George W. Andersen, age 79, of Cottage Grove, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2015 while surrounded by his loving family.
Preceded in death by parents, Charles and Mina; brother, Charles; and daughter, Sally Jane. Survived by wife of 35 years, Darlo; son, Gary (Suzie); daughter, Nancy (Dan) Schouveller; step-children, Tammy (Bill) Quade, Kathy (Dave) Picka, Bonnie (Kevin) Hauser, Jeff Hendrickson, Carrie (Peter) Ribotto, and Ron Hendrickson; seven grandchildren; fourteen step-grandchildren; three step-great grandchildren; sister, Gerrie (Art) Wells; and many other extended family and friends.
Visitation 9:30-11 AM, Saturday, October 17, 2015 with the Celebration of George's Life beginning at 11 AM at All Saints Lutheran Church, 8100 Belden Blvd., Cottage Grove, MN, 55016.
Interment to follow in the church columbarium.
