Gary Sadlovsky, age 71, of Cottage Grove passed away Friday morning February 22, 2013 at Southview Acres.
Gary Michael Sadlovsky was born September 15, 1941in Long Prairie the son of Mike & Rose (Hanson) Sadlovsky.
He married Beverly Ann Poser on May 26, 1973 in the town of Little Falls, Minnesota. They lived in Little Falls for many years, then moved to the cities. Gary worked at King Foods, Sun Star Packing, and ended his work career with Able Cold Storage in Newport.
Gary's hobbies were bowling, playing cards, football & baseball games, playing dice, and spending time with his grandkids.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 40 years Beverly; two sons Jason (Jenny) and Scott; two daughters Jenelle (James) and Becky; two step-daughters Cindy and Kelly. Grandpa will be missed deeply by his seventeen grandkids and his six great-grandkids and three more on the way; sisters Shirley (Sam), Sandy (Roland); and Gayle. Uncle Schmuck will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Rosie, his parents Mike & Rose; sister Evie; brother Jim (Toots).
Visitation 10am-12 Noon Tuesday with 12 PM FUNERAL at KOK FUNERAL HOME, 7676 80TH St. S. Cottage Grove. (651-459-2875).All of you are invited to join the family for a lunch which will be held immediately after the funeral at the American Motor Sports Bar and Grill in Cottage Grove.
